Get results physically and in your Life.

Transforming your body begins with changing the routines and creating habits that support your goals. When you experience the discomfort you will start to see and feel the changes you want to see and feel. I will be there to be your guide and support.

In addition to Personal Training, I can also be your personal coach. For the past 3 years I have been a life coach and relationship coach for clients. You can get 1-on-1 coaching during a Personal Training session, via Skype of Facetime or meeting up in person outside of the gym.

 

Connection

 

Creating balance in your life starts with doing what you can to find it within your body. Exercise is without muscle recovery may lead to injuries. That's why I have incorporate massage therapy into my clients training routines. Here are some of the massage techniques I use to help my clients achieve maximum results:

  • Deep Tissue  -Break up knots to decrease pain and increase mobility
  • Myofascial Therapy - Assessment and bodywork to address issues with posture and muscle imbalance
  • Sports Massage - Prepare or Recover from athletic activity to prevent injury
  • Shiatsu - Use acupressure points to increase energy throughout the body
  • Swedish - Increase blood flow while reducing stress and pain
  • Stretch & Release - Using stretching and breathing techniques to increase mobility
